Another popular choice for low cost, long lasting signage is acrylic lettering. A vast range of colours and thicknesses are available for use, and as with any similarly smooth surface, an additional digital print or vinyl decals can be applied. Foam type materials (e.g. Foamex) can be used in a very similar manner. We have the facility and expertise to flame polish and/or buff all cut edges for the perfect finish.

Acrylic letters are usually cut from a sheet, with a CNC machine, similarly to flat-cut metal lettering. This type of letter or signage is also known as perspex lettering, and can be mounted similarly to a metal version, either flush or on a spacer of various sizes.
