artwork guidelines

To avoid incorporating additional costs into your job, we request that any supplied artwork is given to us in accordance to our artwork submission guidelines. We require artwork supplied in Vector (line work).

How should I supply my imagery?

Vector graphics should be supplied as a PC compatible Adobe Illustrator EPS file with all text outline to paths or points.

CS3 or less compatible EPS files are required. (Please convert all fonts)

If fonts are not outlined then these must be supplied.

Files are to be supplied as outlines and must be accompanied with a JPG or PDF to show how the exact scale and include dimensions of the final signage.

Jonsigns will send a confirmation email when the work has progressed to our production department stating, colours and layout for your approval.

Note that anything that will be cut should be drawn as a vector. Any re-drawing or editing of artwork due to supply of artwork not in accordance with our submission guidelines is chargeable.
